AK Brews Cruise is “hopping” onto the scene in Juneau with a new way to explore Juneau’s fast-growing craft beer market. This locally-owned-and-operated tour started up in May of 2019 and appeals to guests with the triple threat of beer, seafood, and scenery.
The owners, DeeAnn and Justin Fuller, were both born and raised in Juneau and put their knowledge of the city to use on a tour of the local hotspots. The tour “cruises” by van to all three of Juneau’s breweries: Alaskan Brewing Co., Barnaby Brewing Co. and Devil’s Club Brewing Co. to taste a dozen local brews. The customizable tour gives visitors the option of dining at Tracy’s King Crab Shack, a real fan favorite, or brew lovers can grab a meal from Devil’s Club Brewing Co. The “cruise” also stops at various sights around the city for photo opportunities ranging from Eagle Beach to Douglas Island.
