BeckysCar1Magenta Theater Company, located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, WA will perform, Becky’s New Car at 606 Main Street, Vancouver, WA. This is the company’s 12th season, which will feature six main-stage shows. Becky’s New Car is written by Steven Dietz and directed by Jaynie Roberts (Artistic Director of Magenta Theater). Synopsis:
Have you ever been tempted to flee your own life? Becky Foster is caught in middle age, middle management and in a middling marriage – with no prospects for change on the horizon.  Then one night a millionaire stumbles into her work.  Becky is offered nothing short Croppedof a new life….and the audience is offered a chance to ride shotgun in a way that most plays wouldn’t dare.  A thoroughly original comedy and a delightful romp down the road not taken.
