Southwest Washington Wind Symphony

Celebrate the diverse, energetic, and innovative styles of 20th century American composers at the “Contemporary American Showcase” concert presented by the Southwest Washington Wind Symphony. Musical selections include “Slava” by Leonard Bernstein, “Cajun Folk Songs” by Frank Ticheli, “Symphonic Dance No. 3 ‘Fiesta'” by Clifton Williams, and more. The SW Washington Wind Symphony is a 55 – musician, professional quality concert band; seventy percent of members are music educators from Clark county. The group nurtures the community’s appreciation for quality wind band music and supports music education for students of all ages by performing free concerts. Free Admission.
