Location:  Award winning Harley Hall Building at 10000 NE 7th Ave., Vancouver, Washington. Take Exit #5 off Interstate 5. Handicap accessible
Public Viewing & Sales:   Open May 15-18th, 2014.   Hours are Thursday & Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm; Saturday, 8:00am – 8:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
Artist Reception and Award Ceremony:  Saturday, May 17th, 6:00 – 8:00pm; Awards at 7:00pm. Come and meet the artists! Many awards will be presented; art related prizes will be raffled. Food and Beverages served. Reception music will be provided by Vancouver solo violinist, Britney Brown. Britney has been studying violin under renowned violinist Tatiana Kolchanova and is an Honors Student at the Shahala Middle School.
General Information:  The Society of Washington Artists will celebrate their 52nd year of existence with a professionally judged Spring Art Show and Sale. Come and enjoy diverse subject matter such as landscape, wildlife, portrait, and abstract art created in a wide variety of media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, pastel, sculpture and much more. The judge for this event is award winning Ridgefield architect designer and artist Robert Bickel. About Us:  Society of Washington Artists is one of the oldest and largest art organizations of Southwest Washington with over 120 artist/members. With membership ranging from award winning professionals to those just getting started, the SWA monthly gatherings are a great opportunity to learn and share art experience.  New members are not required to be juried in.
