Learn about military history on Whidbey Island and the Pacific Northwest at the Pacific Northwest Air Museum in Oak Harbor, Washington.
The museum features authentic photos and historic military artifacts from military women and men who served in the area. Major attractions include the first aircraft to fly from NAS Whidbey Island, a PBY nose gun turret and one of the modern carrier aircraft based at NAS Whidbey. Visitors can also fly a PBY, an A-6 Intruder, an EA-18 Growler or one of many other aircraft on the museum’s two flight simulators.
