Hama Hama Oyster Farm has announced its Open Farm Day and is scheduled for Saturday, May 17. Bring the family and try a hand at oyster and clam foraging. Staff will help identify clam shows, guide participants to oyster picking locations, and even help carry the bounty back to the store. Foragers need to bring the standard shellfish gathering equipment and shellfish permits are not required. Enjoy farm-to-table freshness at the Taste of Port Townsend on Thursday, June 12. Twelve restaurants around the town have served everything from crab cakes with lemongrass aioli, to homemade cookies and delectable deli sandwiches. Each restaurant will feature one “Taste” item.
